LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of this session, participants should be able to:
1.    Differentiate the leadership qualities and cultural conditions that enable versus hinder the adoption of innovations in pediatric regional anesthesia.
2.    Analyze the role of growth mindset and deliberate practice in advancing clinical skill acquisition among pediatric anesthesiologists.
3.    Evaluate strategies for achieving stakeholder buy-in, particularly among surgical colleagues, to support the implementation of regional anesthesia techniques.
4.    Describe the application of diffusion of innovation theory to drive systemic and global change in pediatric perioperative pain management.
