  • Everyone will be able to describe the characteristics of successful and failed mentoring relationships

  • Prospective mentees will be able to describe methods of self-assessment that can be used prior to embarking on the search for a mentor(s).

  • Stakeholders will be able to identify keys to establishing mentoring programs institutionally.
