DESCRIPTION
This weekly/bi-weekly lecture series is the showcase of our Acute Care Research Consortium at Mayo Clinic Florida. It will be a series of lectures that educate and showcase research work of ACRC participants and invited guests.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is intended for physicians, staff, residents, fellows, and allied health staff that work in the critical care setting.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Formulate impactful research questions aligned with prevailing medical challenges and knowledge gaps
- Engage in networking with eminent faculty members, setting the stage for enduring mentorship and multifaceted collaboration opportunities in the future
- Categorize the potential for enriching collaborations by discerning synergies and complementarities with peers and pioneers in analogous domains
- Compare various funding avenues, thereby amplifying chances of acquiring pivotal research grants and resources
- Apply methodologies that resonate with specific research goals, bolstering the accuracy and relevance of the results
