October 23, 2024 - Mayo Clinic - Rochester, Minnesota This is for Mayo Clinic personnel only This interactive (In-person) workshop will prepare simulation educators in developing and implementing assessment of learning and performance in a simulated environment. This workshop is a comprehensive overview of theory, basic elements, design, checklist/tool development and feedback that are essential for successful simulated learner assessments. Participants will learn and practice strategies on how to design and evaluate both scenario and skills focused simulation-based learner assessments in an experiential learning environment with feedback from experienced Simulation faculty.
