DESCRIPTION
This is a monthly Peer Learning Case Conference, open to all radiologists across the Mayo enterprise. We will review radiology studies/cases with missed findings, learning opportunities, great calls, imaging artifacts, and pitfalls.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify common diagnostic errors in perception and cognition
- Gain awareness of imaging pitfalls and artifacts
- Discuss challenging cases and errors with colleagues
