DESCRIPTION
This weekly conference series is designed to improve the practice of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine, covering a broad range of topics relevant to these subspecialties and their delivery in a case-based format. The target audience for this activity is the interprofessional care team, including physicians of these disciplines, thoracic radiologists, pulmonary pathologists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, respiratory therapists, and certified pulmonary function and sleep technicians.
In-Person and Live-Streamed; Weekly on Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 a.m.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Allied Health Professionals, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, Resident Fellows, Students, Respiratory Therapists, Pulmonary Function and Sleep Technicians.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Demonstrate the use of emerging medical education concepts within the clinical learning environment.
- Debate common controversies in the practice of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.
- Recognize the physiologic basis for modalities used in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.
