Learning objectives: 
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Discuss the differential diagnosis for thunderclap headache
• Identify the appropriate work up in a patient presenting with severe headache or headache red flags
• Recognize the migraine-stroke association, and factors that associate with adverse vascular events
