The Mayo Clinic course 2025 Forward: Building Trust to Shape the Future of Quality and Human Experience provides learners with information from a quality and patient experience perspective. 

This course explores how integrating quality, safety, and outcomes with human-centric care enhances both patient and employee experiences. Evolving from the Quality conference and the Experience in Healthcare Course, this gathering reflects lessons learned from previous events, including innovations during the COVID-19 pandemic and strategies for the digital future of care.

 

Target Audience

This course is designed for allied dental staff, pharmacy technicians, allied health professionals, physicians, athletic trainers, physician assistants, audiologists, psychologists, dentists, registered dietitians, dietetic technicians, residents/fellows, healthcare executives, scientists, researchers, nurses, social workers, nurse practitioners, speech language pathologists, optometrists, students, and pharmacists.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Apply quality improvement tools and techniques to enhance healthcare delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Integrate the latest technology into daily practice to improve patient care and reduce administrative burden.
  • Address the challenges of transitioning to a remote or hybrid work environment and its impact on quality improvement.
