Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the design and functionality of the Mayo Wisdom Chatbot as a tool for preserving and communicating Mayo Clinic's core values.
  • Analyze how the integration of historical quotations with interactive technology reinforces the commitment to "the needs of the patient come first."
  • Articulate how the patient-first ethos is embedded within the Bold.Forward 2030 strategic plan (Cure, Connect, Transform) and its implications for clinical care, education, and research.
