Bio:
Evener Scott is Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at HonorHealth with over two decades of diversified experience and expertise in delivering workplace solutions for learning, organizational growth and improved effectiveness.
With an emphasis on developing and executing an integrated diversity, equity, and inclusion mission, vision and strategy, Evener works to establish and maintain partnerships with leaders and stakeholders to drive operational excellence that align with the HonorHealth’s mission, vision and values.
As a member of the Diné (Navajo) Nation, Evener demonstrates passion and thought leadership surrounding DEI initiatives, including the promotion of culturally competent care for patients with diverse values, beliefs and feelings.
