Integrated Behavioral Health is a collaborative care model that has demonstrated improvement in clinical outcomes as well as cost savings for healthcare systems. During this presentation we will explore the evidence for integration of collaborative care models in primary care settings including the benefits for mental health disorders as well as other clinical outcomes. We will further review the cost savings that has been demonstrated with collaborative care models. We will discuss how the Covid19 pandemic has impacted employee mental health. We will further examine Integrated Behavioral Health has been implemented at Mayo Clinic Arizona and its impact on employee mental health and well-being. We will demonstrate how Integrated Behavioral Health is integral to Mayo Clinic's Bold Forward mission.
