• Asses clinical implications of preoperative RV dysfunction in LVAD candidates
• Evaluate the use of echocardiographic parameters for predicting post-LVAD RV dysfunction
• Recognize the clinical presentation of right ventricular failure post-VAD placement in the ICU and outline appropriate treatment strategies
