  • Examine entities seen within the breast that have overlapping histomorphology but different biology and treatment

  • Review examples of malignant lesions mimicking benign and benign lesions mimicking malignant

  • Illustrate the role of immunohistochemistry in the work up of these lesions

  • Recognize the limitations of core needle biopsy in certain situations
