Reiki Process Standardization

·        Explain the definition of Reiki and how it relates to the outpatient Palliative Care nursing practice
·        Describe a standardized patient identification process to improve Reiki utilization and outcome measurements
·        Discuss the outcomes of implementing a standardized Reiki process within the clinic practice
 

Interprofessional Developmental Care Rounding

·        Describe the impact of pediatric CVSICU hospitalization on development and importance of developmentally supportive care in children with congenital heart disease.  
·        Explain the interprofessional developmental rounding intervention and developmental care plan creation.  
·        Identify impacts of interprofessional developmental care rounding on increasing nurse self-efficacy to provide developmentally supportive care and improving parent satisfaction with developmentally supportive care provided during their child’s hospitalization.  
·        Discuss both limitations and future recommendations to providing developmentally supportive care in the pediatric CVSICU.
