Mayo Clinic's Clinical Reviews and Primary Care Update seeks to update physicians on the latest recommendations of medical subspecialties important to the primary care physician. This comprehensive program consists of lectures, workshops and panel discussions on topics of general interest in various areas of medicine.
Target Audience
This course is a comprehensive program for family physicians, general internists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses that need a review of primary care subjects and seek to gain new strategies of care.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Evaluate hematuria
- Describe evidence-based HFpEF therapy
- Differentiate etiologies of neuropathy
- Identify Cushing’s Disease
- Assess nonerosive reflux disease
- Discuss advances in hospital medicine
- Identify causes of spasticity
- Select optimal cancer screening tests
