Learning objectives
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the differential diagnosis for abrupt onset ataxia and the value of neurological examination in localization and differential diagnosis
  • Review electrophysiological testing as an extension of the clinical examination for localization
  • Summarize new developments and consensus guidelines in the patients ultimate diagnosis
