Upon conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Summarize pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM)
- Recognize signs and symptoms of myelopathy
- Describe prevalence of symptomatic and asymptomatic cervical spinal canal stenosis
- Describe natural history of CSM
- Recognize risk factors for progression
- Recognize when it may be time to operative
- Recognize when it may be time to leave it alone
