This course will use a diverse mix of content formats, including case-based discussion panels and debates, to frame the context for the most important studies presented at the 18th ICML (International Conference on Malignant Lymphoma / Lugano). Each session will focus on a specific subtype of lymphoid neoplasia, highlighting the most exciting data from ICML. Mayo Clinic experts will be joined by lymphoma experts from the international community to provide further content and enhance learning through incorporating multidisciplinary expertise, including Hematopathology and Radiation Oncology.
Target Audience
This course is designed for practicing hematologists, medical oncologists, scientists, researchers, nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and clinical research associates.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss updates to the clinical care of patients with indolent lymphoma in the first-line and relapsed/refractory settings.
- Review updates to treatment approaches for first-line and relapsed/refractory aggressive lymphoid malignancies to clinical practice.
- Recognize the role of a multidisciplinary approach to the care of patients with lymphoid malignancies.
