DESCRIPTION
Conferences take place monthly on the first Thursday from 7:00am - 8:00am. Exceptions will be noted in the monthly notification.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This course is intended primarily for physicians and nurse practitioners within the department of family medicine.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Define Stratification in Health 
• Categorize an ethical concern into several helpful categories
• Describe how to begin a meaningful, values-driven conversation about ethical concern and different forms of stratification in a values-based organization
