Requirements to earn 1 Mayo Clinic Continuing Education (CE) Credit:
- Must be an alumni of the 12-week Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training Program.
- Must attend and actively participate for the full session 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm, CT. Only those who attend live gain access to:
- Complete a quiz, achieving a score of 100%. (Two attempts allowed.)
- Complete a brief course survey. (Your feedback is greatly appreciated!)
- Access the certificate of attendance you may save/print for recertification purposes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Course registration cancellations initiated by the registrant 14 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund (minus a 25% administrative fee).
The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the registration.
No refunds will be granted fewer than 14 days before the webinar start date. No refunds will be granted if credit has been claimed.
