Speaker #1: Chris A. Fuguet, M.D.
Title: Community Psychiatry Education at Mayo: Its Importance and Ongoing Developments.
Introduction: Dr. Chris Fuguet is a current PGY-4 and one of the Chief Residents in the Mayo Clinic Psychiatry Residency Program. He completed both his undergraduate and medical education at the University of Minnesota before coming to Mayo for residency training. During his time in the program, he has been part of the community psychiatry track and has contributed to the development of community-based training experiences. After graduation, Dr. Fuguet will continue his work within the Mayo Clinic Health System, with a clinical role based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Speaker #2: Harry Park, M.D., M.S.
Title: Racial Disparity in the Application of Psychical Restraints to Patients Awaiting Psychiatric Hospitalization in the Emergency Department
Introduction: Harry Park is the current Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry Fellow at Mayo Clinic in 2024-2025. He graduated from Sungkyunkwan University School of Medicine in 2011 and completed his first psychiatry residency at Samsung Medical Center in Seoul, South Korea. After completing his military service, he joined the Mayo Clinic for general psychiatry residency in 2020. During his training at Mayo, he has been actively involved in scholarly work with seven first-authored publications. His work has been recognized with several awards, including the ACLP Webb Fellowship and the Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education Clinical Learning Environment Award 2025 based on the topic he will present today. Starting in July, he will practice as an Integrated Behavioral Health psychiatrist at Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing while continuing his academic and research career under the mentorship of Dr. Mark Frye, with a focus on implementation science.
