Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

• Gather knowledge on the scope and advances in pediatric fertility preservation​
• Analyze the nuances during identification of eligible children and subsequent counseling- algorithm followed by the Mayo Clinic Pediatric fertility preservation program​
• Evaluate the success rate of both ovarian and testicular tissue cryopreservation in animal and human models​
• Explore the collection process for biopsy specimens, review the preparation of tissue for cryopreservation, and long-term storage of ovarian and testicular tissues.
