LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

1. Identify the deforming forces responsible for the foot and ankle deformity.

2. Formulate a prescription for using a multiplanar ring fixator to correct a biplanar deformity.

3. Measure the angle of the deformity of multiplanar deformities of the lower extremities in the AP and lateral view

4. Calculate the true apex of deformity and maximal deformity present in a three-dimensional setting

5. Predict general treatment times and expectations for deformity corrections utilizing a multiplanar ring fixator
