Featured Keynote Speakers:

Oriana Beaudet, DNP, RN, FAAN, is the Vice President of Innovation for the American Nurses Association and the American Nurse Enterprise. Prior to ANA, Dr. Beaudet ran her own business as a strategic partner for organizations, healthcare executives, and startups. Her doctoral work focused on the use of innovation and design to advance nurses and the nursing profession through her creation of the Planting Seeds of Innovation events. 
Micky Tripathi, Ph.D., is Mayo Clinic’s chief artificial intelligence implementation officer. With over three decades of healthcare leadership experience, Dr. Tripathi’s expertise spans public and private sectors in strategy, product development and operations with a proven track record in leading large-scale health information technology (IT) projects and fostering collaborations. He has been recognized for his visionary yet practical leadership. 
Ryannon K. Frederick, MS, RN, is the Chief Nursing Officer for the Department of Nursing at Mayo Clinic. In this role she is executing a strategic focus to elevate and leverage the nursing professional voice to transform healthcare. Her unique approach starts with a "for nurses, by nurses" emphasis. Ensuring staff at every level contribute to innovation and patient care solutions, they are leading in the reduction of administrative tasks and allowing more time for direct patient care.
