• Summarize how an in-vivo classifier of ARTerioloSclerosis (ARTS) score aligns with neuropathologic data in predicting an eventual decedent diagnosis of brain arteriolosclerosis
• Review preliminary associations between ARTS score and cardiovascular health and biomarkers of neurodegeneration
