Learning objectives: 
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

• Recognize the recent developments for patients with anti-HMGCR immune mediated necrotizing myopathy
• Differentiate between immune mediated necrotizing myopathy and rhabdomyolysis
• Identify when a muscle biopsy will be unlikely to provide useful clinical information
