LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: 

  • Describe the histologic, molecular, and immunohistochemical characteristics of low-grade adenosquamous carcinoma (LGASC) of the breast. 

  • Differentiate LGASC from other breast cancer subtypes based on clinical behavior, molecular markers, and immunohistochemical profile. 

  • Discuss the challenges and strategies involved in collecting and analyzing rare breast cancer cases for molecular research.
