Title:  "Clinical and Personal Comparative Effectiveness”

Learning Objectives – Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:     

  • Describe comparative effectiveness – both personal and medical. 

  • List the primary risk factors for abdominal aortic aneurysms. 

  • Define the impact of key factors on survival from ruptured AAA repair. 

  • Recognize how work–home conflicts contribute to surgeon burnout, including comparing surgeons in dual physician relationships with other partnered surgeons.  

  • Identify strategies for enhancing the lives of dual career couples.
