LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Review rowing sport-specific terminology (Domain 1; Task 101)

  • Identify the key components and biomechanics involved in an ergometer-based stroke (Domain 1 & 2; Tasks 102, 201)

  • Discuss common injuries and conditions in the sport of rowing (Domain 1 & 2; Tasks 104, 201, 203)
