Target Audience
This course is designed to provide an overview of the most recent advances in anesthesiology management, pharmacology and wellness among healthcare professionals of the perioperative team, including: CRNAs, physician anesthesiologists, RNs, PAs, and NPs.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Identify how artificial intelligence is used to improve patient safety.
- Discuss anesthetic implications when caring for patients taking cannabinoids medicinally or recreationally.
- Identify anesthetic implications when caring for patients with neurodivergent conditions.
- Summarize pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic principles of remimazolam.

Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at the Hilton Caribe. See below for the various rates being offered. To receive the special rates, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of January 19, 2026, whichever comes first. After January 19, 2026, reservations will be taken based on space and rate availability. Each attendee is allowed one guest room at the special course room rate.

There is an additional charge of $32.00 per room per day plus tax that is not included in the above room rates. The following amenities are bundled into this charge:

In addition to the room rates service charges will be posted to the Individual Guest Room Portfolio. The service charges are as follows: Porterage: $6.08 per person (includes both check-in and check-out); Room Attendant: $0.50 per day per person, plus applicable tax currently at 10.5% state tax and 1% municipality tax.
