DESCRIPTION
The Clinical Chemistry Seminar is a recurring forum hosted by the divisions of Clinical Biochemistry and Immunology and Clinical Core Laboratory Services within the department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. The seminar has provided a forum for clinical laboratorians to share the latest research and development updates in clinical chemistry. The series has been recurring for more than 15 years.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Integrate new quality and regulatory approaches into their daily clinical laboratory operations.
- Critique new analytical chemistry technologies.
- Assess the utility of new biomarkers for clinical use.
